Outlook 2007 Continually Force Quits

Is anyone else having issues with Outlook 2007 suddenly, without any warning, force quitting? The app will be happily synching content, minimized to the Dock, and then out of nowhere, quits. I may or may not get a "notice from Windows" telling me that the app encountered an error, did I want to notify or ignore, with a checkbox to restart Outlook.

I have an Early 2011 15" MBP with 16GB of RAM and the high end i7 CPU. I have a 3rd party 6Gbit 256GB SSD running Mountain Lion as the boot drive, and the thing is smokin' fast. I've got my home directory on a 750GB MomentusXT hybrid drive. its a pretty awesome system.

I am having serious issues with almost ANY version of Outlook I've tried to run via CrossOver; and I'm just about to throw in the towel here. I don't want to, as I'd rather run Outlook than any other mail client (2007, 2010, 2013, doesn't matter...); but aside from blowing the system, reformatting and rebuilding my Mac, I'm not sure what else to do. HELP..??

Hello

Some mails crash outlook in the way you say. Just go to the web interface in exchange for example or your mail provider and delete them or move out the inbox

Thanks for the attempt at help. However, this is an incorrect assessment and diagnosis. I have Outlook running on another machine, and logged into the same server, accessing the same account, there is no problem. I've also recreated the OST on both machines. The problem recurs on the Mac via CrossOver, but has NEVER occurred on the other machine, also running Outlook (2007, as well, BTW).

Something else must be the problem. I don't know what, but I do not have a corrupt mail store.

In theory this shouldn't be a problem with Crossover 12, but have you tried wiping out the Temporary Internet Files cache in your Outlook bottle? You'll find it by going to Configure>Manage Bottles>Advanced>Open C: Drive in Finder, and then browsing to:

drive_c/users/crossover/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/

Delete everything you find within "Content.IE5" and re-launch Outlook. Any difference?

If not, I presume you've tried deleting your Outlook/Office bottle and re-installing into a brand-new bottle? Assuming so, did a re-install improve stability, at all, if even for a time?
