Does Crossover offer native OSX Full Screen app support?

I don't understand what you mean. CrossOver allows you to run Windows apps on OS X. Many apps do go fullscreen and CrossOver supports that, although there are occasional problems and quirks.
I don't know what you mean by 'native,' though.
In any case, we have a free trial which is fully functional. If you have a particular use you are interested in, go ahead and download our trial version, and you can see whether it works for you.
