Application icon issue in published bottles

Running CrossOver Version 12.1.1 (12.1.1.26821) on a 13" MacBook Pro (Retina) Late 2012 model, Mac OS 10.8.2 build 12C2034.

From the local administrator account I have created three bottles. The first contains MS Project 2010, the second contains MS Visio 2010, and the third contains MS Office 2010 Professional Plus, full suite. No other applications are installed in these bottles. The three bottles are published for access from multiple accounts.

From the admin account the icons for the applications from all six bottles look correct, both from the Programs menu and from the Finder:

However, when logged into the Mac with any other account, either a local or a network account, admin or standard, the application icons from the published bottles all look generic (two gears, one larger one smaller, meshed together) from both the Programs menu and from the Finder:

The applications launch and function as expected, but with generic icons it is difficult to manage the applications from the dock as they all look alike -- one must mouse over the icon to see which is which.

I have deleted and recreated the bottles and then republished them a few times, but no change.

How can this be corrected without manually pasting in the correct icon for each application for every user?
