Hi all,

I have a problem with installing the Benchmark Trader Platform on my Macbook - http://www.trader.benchmark.bg/en_UK/BenchMark-Trader_287.html

Do you have idea what is causing the problem?

Well to help you out we need a little more info. Can you tell us what errors you're getting?

Hello there and thank you for your fast reply.

Now I tried to download again CrossOver.app and while I wanted to install it an error appears which says:

"The program mscorsvw.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I think this message appeared before when I installed the program Benchmark Trader (real or demo version) and then tried to launch it.

The first time when I installed CrossOver everything was ok with it, and I proceeded installing the Benchmark Trader Platform.

As i can remember (after New Year parties ;) ) the only application which proceeded the installation to the moment of having shortcut for Benchmark at the Applications folder was with CrossOver, but this error appeared and now I can't even launch the CrossOver app...

P.S I tried WineBottler and Mono, but nothing helped for this Benchmark platform...

Looks like a .NET application and those may or may not work on wine. But try to install .NET 4.0 in a clean bottle and then install this application.

I had just tried this. I installed the .NET 4 from your link in new win7 bottle and after this installed Benchmark Trader in another new win7 bottle but Im still getting the same error...

Shall .NET 4 and Benchmark Trader be in same Bottle?
