I am new to Macintosh and Crossover. I am attempting to install Photoshop CS5 (not an upgrade) on Macbook Pro 15 Retina operating under OS10 Mavericks. Unfortunately, I am unable to get CS6 to install. Here is what I am getting:
1) Insert the disk.
2) Message asking if I want to install. I say yes.
3) Message from Adobe stating the installation was a failure.
I see that others have been successful with installing Photoshop CS5. Might you help me with what I am doing wrong?
May be your your CD is corrupt. Please try to install it on another PC If there will be same problem means that CD is corrupt else your installer have some problem. I think you should contact to for this. Adobe Support They will help you.
You would likely have better luck installing the Mac native versions.
