Hi I am looking for the HP 1780L printer driver. The printer is a HP 1780L, and I have it in Panama. It has marks on it from Venezuela.

I presume you have looked on HP's site, since you posted there too. That being said, I have had some very disappointing support for drivers with HP in the past. A 600$ colour laser printer didn't have support for win7, even though it was made about 2-3 years prior to win7. So I wouldn't be surprised if you're out of luck.
That being said, if you really want it to work, you should try other drivers. Sometimes, drivers for unrelated drivers work. Of course, this will probably be a long trial-and-error process, with no certainty of obtaining a working result. I got lucky with my printer and found a driver that worked flawlessly, maybe you can do the same.
Also note that you cannot use Windows printer drivers with CrossOver. You need OSX or Linux drivers.
