@caron helped me with this issue on the IRC chat #crossover
first, close visio
Then, click on "CrossOver" in your dock so they menu bar at the top says "CrossOver" next to the apple icon
Choose "Programs" and then "Run Command..."
In the Run Command dialog, choose your "Visio 2010" bottle and then click "Browse"
when the explorer window comes up it's "Program Files, Microsoft Office, Office14, VISIO.EXE" then click "Open" but don't run it yet
so it will look like: "/path/to/VISIO.EXE" /safe
then click run, you'll launch in "safemode" and then you can resize
your launch after that will have it far enough down that you can at least get a grip on the tool bar to move Visio where you can get at it.
Thanks @caron very much for helping me with the solution

No problem.
This is likely my next blog topic. It seems to be a question we get a lot, so I'll try to do it up as user friendly as possible. Thanks for coming to find me in chat! Moreover, thanks for posting back here!
