Hi, I am curious if anyone knows how to remove the apps downloaded in crossover from the launchpad. Currently I am having two steam icon which is annoying.
You go to users/your name/Applications/Crossover and delete whatever shortcuts you want to delete.
If you are installing Steam games by creating a separate bottle for the Steam client and one game per bottle (which is the best way to do it), then you're going to have multiple instances of the Steam client in Launchpad. You will not want to delete the Crossover "launcher" applications and you can't easily change what Launchpad displays: If there is a Mac-native application on your Mac, it's going to appear in Launchpad and the "launcher" applications are Mac-native applications.
The best thing to do is to create a Launchpad folder, name it Steam Duplicates or something similar, and drop all of the Crosover-generated Steam applications in there. Then ignore them.
