I'm new to crossover and trying to install Diablo IV. I have an Ultra M2 Mac Studio with Sonoma 14.3.1. I'm running the latest version of Crossover 24.0. When I try to install, all of the dependencies (VisualC++, fonts, etc) install properly. But once it gets to the Battle Net launcher it hangs at 45%. I have read through all of the other posts on these forums and on other forums as well and tried it all: changing my network type (tried three different Wi-Fi routers as well as hard line ethernet), restarting EVERYTHING, clearing all caches, deleting the bottle to start over (5x now), downloading the Battle Net setup directly from Blizzard, and nothing works. In every case it's the same, it hangs at 45%. I've been trying for over 6 hours now.
Does anyone have any insight or suggestions about how to get this working? Any help would be much appreciated.
It sounds like you're running into a problem that happens on Windows too. Try downloading a version of the battle.net installer that matches your computer's locale.
Best,
Meredith
