Hello,
is there a way to autostart an application in Crossover?
Im able to add crossover to the login items on Mac so it will start but is there a way to also auto start an application in crossover and minimize crossover to the tray?

Kind of. You could add the Win application to Login items as well. In Crossover preferences you should check off "Launch Installer Assistent when Crossover opens a .exe file". Then when the Win application starts it opens Crossover and a Run Command window. You then have to choose the right bottle to run the app in but don't forget to check the advanced settings for the bottle. You may have to change between D3DMetal, DXVK and Wine.
I can't find other ways to make the app just launch directly but others may know a way. Honestly I think it's smoother to just start Crossover and go to the right bottle to launch the application.
Install the application using Crossover. Be sure a "launcher" is created for the application. A launcher is a tiny Mac-native application, it shows up in the Crossover main window as an icon which can be double-clicked to run that application but it is an actual application which is saved to your drive when it is created.
Go to System Settings->Login Items and in the OPEN AT LOGIN section choose the launcher that was created for your application. Be sure you choose the LAUNCHER, not the EXE file or anything that is inside the bottle.
Crossover launchers are usually stored here:
~/Applications/Crossover
...but you can easily change that in preferences beginning with Crossover 24 (before that, changing the default location for launchers required Terminal commands).
If your application's Crossover launcher application is run when Crossover is not running, Crossover will start but will not display its UI and then your application starts.
