CrossOver Support - Community Forums

I have installed office 365 without issues with crossover 20. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher seems to work without issues. This is when my external monitors are connected.
If i disconnect my external monitors and i open office for example word it won't open at all. It seems strange but if i connected back all my external monitors then word will open again. I don't want to carry my external monitor just to open office so if there is another way to do this i will appreciate it. I think this happens when i install office 365 with my external monitors connected.

Our support for multiple monitor setups should be greatly improved with CrossOver 21, which is now in beta.

Exactly the same problem here. When connected to the external monitor (over an USB-C dock), Office apps open, no issues. Disconnected from the dock, using the LCD screen on the laptop, no go. Apps like Word show in the dock (I am using Linux Mint 20.2) briefly and then disappear. Looking at task manager in the bottle shows the apps as running but nowhere to be seen. Hopefully the next release fixes this as it is a massive show stopper.
