access 2007 fails at start

hi i am running crossover pro on ubuntu 8.04 and i have office 2007 installed. everything except access runs beautifully- thanks guys- so here is the error output.

nevermind it still doesn't work. this is the new output after the workaround.

so it looks like the application just quits.

any ideas?
