Outlook 2003 connection to Exchange Server

Has anyone been successful connecting Outlook 2003 to MS Exchange Server?
I have an Outlook XP client that successfully connects to my Exchange Server, but the Outlook 2003 client isn't able to authenticate.

Any ideas how to fix?
