Dammaged on Upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.1.0

I was running 7.0.1 that I downloaded as a demo and later added the key.

I was having problems with bottle creation hangs, as described by others.

I looked at the site and discovered that a more recent version was available.

I downloaded the RPM and installed as root using rpm -Uhv --force since
it refused to install the first time without the --force

Now it seems as if all of the previously installed apps and bottles no
longer exist as far as Crossover is concerned. The bottles are listed in
the setup application, but actually attempting to manipulate the bottles
still results in a hang.

Any suggestions?

In particular, I'd like to avoid having to re-install password safe since
it's got a bucket-load of data in it.

Thanks,

-Don

Sorry about this -- I don't like to reply to my own posts. But I
believe that I
found the problem. There were a bunch of previous instances of the
software that
were running. When I went in and killed them all -gently with a
SIGHUP, and then
tried again, everything seems OK. Still cannot seem to get rid of
empty bottles,
but I guess that I can live with this. At least the applications now
are running.

Thanks,

-Don
