Hello, I think you should check the wrapper, cause after last game update there wasn't any graphical changes, but game FPS very jumps- some maps with one tank 50, whit other tank on the same map FPS 29-17 and so on. Before update 50fps was stable with the same graphic settings. I changed settings to lower, now some maps I have 110 fps, but in the same map it can drop til 50 from 110, other maps can be just 36 FPS. Also when fps is normal I see tanks can buck.
I've been unable to recreate the issue on my own machine, but I'd like to take a look at the video you created. The link you posted to YouTube doesn't seem to be working, can you try uploading it again?

Hi Brian,
I have uploaded new 2 videos. Both battles was played in the row (battle after battle and with the same settings).
First battle on the Sand river map: https://youtu.be/sMGLNiTer_c
As you can see, how big different FPS between these maps. If it will help you- all winter maps has low fps, desert maps are ok like sand river reply. For example Karelia map FPS depends what mode (standart, attack/defense). That's really strange... I have no clue what happened, it's WG update guilty with some graphical updates in the game? Or maybe High Sierra is guilty, cause I updated OS X and straight after that I have updated WoT to 9.20.1 version. The graphic setting at this moment is minimal. Before all updates I had 40-50 fps on low settings with some custom elements higher than standart low settings (I mean graphic settings was between low and medium setted).
By the way, I have checked this with mods and without mods, the same FPS gap.
P.S. also one more thing- when WoT client is minimised with CMD+TAB very oft game client icon is transparent:
