"Assertion Failed" with Mortal Kombat 1 but worked after installation (v24)

Hi, I'm facing an annoying and apparently unrecoverable issue with MK1 (CrossOver 24)

When I first installed it, it had 3 switches on (D3DMetal, DXVK, Sync), even tho the first ones aren't supposed to be On at the same time. However, the game ran pretty well and I was able to play for a long time.

After closing it, however, I haven't been able to play it ever again. I keep getting a popup from Wine that says:

"Assertion Failed", Expression: "!status && "vkCreateImageView""

Also I've never been able to set the 3 switches to On at the same time again. I've tried all combinations and the game keeps crashing.

Did you ever solve this problem? I'm getting the same error with the FF7 remake on an M1 air running Sonoma
