Mapping Desktop/ to My Linux Desktop

Any way to configure on v8 to map what Windows apps use as the Desktop to "My Linux Desktop?"

My users aren't getting the hand of having to save everything in "My Linux Desktop."

And... is there a way to map My Documents -> Home

Thanks.

Inside the bottle in question, blow away the drive_c/users/crossover/Desktop folder. Then, symlink your home/user/Desktop directory into the bottle, which will re-create the Desktop folder as a link to your actual Desktop -

$ ln -s /home/user/Desktop /home/user/.cxoffice/bottlename/drive_c/users/crossover/Desktop

(you might have to be sudo)

When this is complete, clicking on Desktop in the Open or Save file dialogues in a windows app should go straight to the actual Desktop.
