Error message opening Family Historian

Hello,
I am using the free trial of CrossOVer in the hope of getting rid of parallels, and trying it out with the programmes that I use before deleting parallels.

Everytime I try and open my version of Family Historian (v4 to v5 upgrade) I get a message to say that it encountered a serious problem and needs to close. it installed fine initially and let me input my product keys with no issues, but I can't open it.Any ideas welcome? I want to get this sorted out within the free trial period to make sure that I can use it properly. It seems like it will do exactly what I need it for, if I can just solve this.
I didn't initially download version 4 and can open that without problems, this shouldn't effect why I can't open 5 will it? do I need to un-install 4?

Thanks
