就是在activity overview中，看不到TM2013的主窗口，另外在使用alt+tab切换程序时，也无法选择主窗口，这非常的不方便。

就是在activity overview中，看不到TM2013的主窗口，另外在使用alt+tab切换程序时，也无法选择主窗口，这非常的不方便。
还有几个问题，第一个是自动离开，貌似是老问题了，第二个是有消息来时，托盘的图标不会闪烁，有时直接消失（但是可以点击唤出主界面）
第三个是，当我把windows系统中QQ2013的数据文件夹覆盖进来以后，在tm主界面点击鼠标右键，菜单会一闪而过

这个可能是Gnome的bug，我们需要一些时间研究一下有没有办法绕过这个bug，抱歉给您带来不便！
您可以暂时在TM2013所在的bottle中，运行“wine配置”，在“显示”标签页中，启用“使用虚拟桌面”，这样会带来一些不方便，但是可以保证TM2013的主窗口一直可以调出，不知这个解决方案对您是否有用呢？
