“帮助台”和“工单”这两个翻译不太好。

可以参照battlenet.com.cn的翻译。
“帮助台” -> “在线客服”或者“支持中心”
“工单” -> “支持表单”

工单第一眼看上去不知道是做什么用的,还以为是员工打卡…… 实际作用也没看出来,是相当于客户支持么?

原文应该是“Support Tickit”,大概指“与客服人员针对某个问题的会话”。。。中文里我还没想到合适的词汇。。。。。。。

我认为 “在线客服” 可以接受, ”表单“和”工单“相比我没有特别好的看法,请教一下其他的朋友,对于 帮助台/在线客服 以及 工单/表单 的翻译还有什么看法呢? 这个一旦决定修改就需要整个网站搜索替换一次,虽然工作量不大,但是频繁修改不好,希望征求尽量多的朋友的意见再做出最终决定,非常感谢大家参与讨论!

工单 -> “求助单”/“求助表单”/“求助申请”

wiki上 ticket system 项里有个说明"For the IT term, see issue tracking system." 这样我觉得可以译成“问题跟踪” “我的提问” “新问题”


另外论坛的搜索在最下,提交帖子时的按钮在上方,很不习惯诶……
