CrossOver Support - Community Forums

A while ago I received an email from Codeweavers telling me that I couldn't use the Xover Games support ticket on "x" date. I stopped using Xover for a little bit due to a busy schedule. I only played the games I had previously downloaded so I had no reason to use the Ticket System. I have started playing games again and I need the support system but there seems to be no way to buy the ability or otherwise. Is there a way to do this without creating a new account and buying Crossover Games again?

Hello Max, to create a ticket, Click here. There you'll need to select if you need support for Mac,Linux or Games.

Then:

[Enter Subject in appropriate field]
[What version of Crossover you're using]
[What Application]
[Operating System you use]

After describe the problem in the large field. Then check or unchecked if you wish to have your ticket private or see-able by anyone. Unless you wish to provide an attachment press Submit and wait 'till a staff member can address your problem.

If you're trying to renew your support, go to the Store tab on the left and click "Your Support Extensions". If one of your purchases are renewable, you will get a option to renew your support. If you don't have an option to renew, then Contact CodeWeavers.
