I have CrossOver Linux 8.0.0, running Office 2007. I want to upgrade to
8.0.3 but without loosing my bootles (my Office installation)... Is it
possible?

Yes, you can simply archive your bottle(s) first before doing
the upgrade, which is the safest thing to do anyhow incase something
goes wrong...ie; power-out. That way, if the upgrade gives you any
problem, it's relatively straightforward to fallback to where you
were, as you can restore the bottle archives easily into a fresh
CXO installation (either 8.0 or 8.0.3 for that matter).
