Is Mannco in TF2 working for anyone?

When I try to get into Mannco, I get the following error:

"You must enable the steam community in-game and restart TF2 to use the mann co. store."

Problem is, I do have the steam community in-game checkbox checked.

I was able to get into the Mannco store many weeks back, although the resolution for the screen was so large I couldn't actually purchase anything. But since upgrading to crossover games 9.2 and installing the bug fix for steam games, Mannco doesn't want to load at all anymore.

Regardless of which bugfix you applied, both effectively disable the
Steam ingame community overlay. This is obviously required for the mann
co store to work. A recent Steam client update broke the community overlay
stuff (and some games along with it), hence the bugfix/workaround....

...that may not affect mann co store tho', I have no idea -- you'd have to
undo whatever workaround you've used and see --- if it still doesn't work,
then I'd suspect it'd be all part of the same problem, and you should possibly
mention the fact on the ticket for this issue....
