There is no Compatibility entry for it so I thought I would enter it here.
The GOG version of Kingdom Come - Deliverance (Royal Edition) with all DLC installed works on the M1 Mac (Apple Macbook Pro 13 16GB running Crossover 20.0.4 in a Windows 10 64bit Bottle).
Performance is... well, average. Medium to Low settings all around, 1080p (external monitor) and getting between 20-30FPS.
But played through a full two hours and it's still working fine.
