Seeing as CrossOver Mac heavily relies on Rosetta 2 to achieve it's functionality on M1 (and future) Macs, just wondering what the future plans are in a world once Rosetta 2 goes away.

When Rosetta2 I eventually removed from macOS I’d assume CodeWeavers will need to do something very similar to https://github.com/AndreRH/hangover
At least that’s what was brought up in the last wineconf video I viewed.
