Using Crossover to run an old 32 bit Quicken 2009 program on my MacBook Pro, also old. This is the only windows program I use. After a recent update to Catalina OS I'm no longer able to access the Quicken program but Crossover still opens. To open my Quicken I must first convert to a Quicken 2013 (windows version) But Crossover shows it as an unlisted application and unknown to Crossover. It also asks to select either Installer File or Folder. After selecting the application on the desktop, I continue with the install and get the following message "cxbottle:error: unable to create the 'QW2013DLX.exe-5' bottle in '/Users/owner/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/QW2013DLX.exe-5' Continuing with the install may produce unpredictable results. I know nothing of "bottles" and I've no clue what to do now.
If you're still having trouble, please open a support ticket.
Best,
Meredith
