I, like many, have experienced issues with the 'Save Command As Launcher' button doing absolutely nothing.
I have isolated the cause in my case as having a bottle with a period as part of the name. For example, the preconfigured .NET bottle or bottles with x.y.z version numbers
Renaming the bottle without the period will fix this issue (as well as add the launchers that you were previously trying to add, as if they were just stuck in a queue)
Hope this helps others who were experiencing the same issue
