I wanted to file a bug but it seems I can't do it since my product expired. Never heard of a company that wants money to help them bug report.

Most companies with a fee-based support system want you to pay in order to get in touch with their support and technical staff, I don't believe that we're unique in this.
You are, of course, always welcome to send emails to info@codeweavers.com if you have questions, concerns, things to report, etc, even if your license is not current.
