I own CrossOver Mac 22.x
How I can upgrade to the current version 24? In CrossOver 22 there are some options like "Refresh license" or "Purchase support extension". I don't understand the two options. And in my CrossOver acoount nowhere on the page is the possibility of an upgrade offered...
What is the best way to upgrade now? Thanks
I'm affraid you have to purchase it again. You can update/upgrade as long as you have the latest version and your license hasn't expired but in your case 22 is too old. If you go to your account and "Support Licenses" you can see if you can upgrade. It says "You can renew your licenses from the Store. Read the Upgrade and Support Policy for more information on our upgrade policy. Once your licenses is expired, you can no longer renew it. You will then need to purchase the product again."
