Dungeon Helper 4 (a utility for D&D Online) installs perfectly and seems to run fine. However, the settings window does not display on launch and the in-game overlay does not display.
I have tried the following to no effect:
turning on/off D3DMetal and MSync
creating a log file on run including graphics and file options - no warnings or errors appear in the log
Windows 7 and 10 64-bit
per the developers, all dependencies (mainly a specific version of .Net) are installed with the app
per the developers, it runs perfectly in Crossover for Linux (one of the devs uses it personally)
I'm at a loss on how to proceed. My best guess is that a "system" dependency isn't installed but I have no idea which one.
