Libreoffice 4.0. and Openoffice 4.0.(.exe) file doesn't have display as Icon option like in windows

Hello,

I have installed Libreoffice .exe in windows xp so i am getting "Display as Icon" option for inserting OLE object in the file, But same application when I installed same .exe in Ubuntu 12.04 by used Crossover but here while inserting OLE object I am not getting "Display as Icon" option.

Why its happening?

Why don't you use the native version of libreoffice on Linux?
