I am attempting to initiate help in receiving a refund for my purchase of CrossOver Games. I have done as I've seen suggested on these forums and replied to my order receipt but have had no response to date. Can you please inform me of how I can receive service.

We received your refund request yesterday afternoon after our Account Manager left for the day. It is in her queue to work on this morning, so you should have some communication from her by the end of the day.
