Eve online was running perfectly on Crossover Games on my Ubuntu 10.10 system with Crossover Games version 9. The game starts fine, lets me log in, select a charater, and then three seconds after the ship appears on the screen... the game freezes.
I have blown away the bottle and done a complete reinstall, but it still freezes.

Start Eve, enter your user name and password, click login. Do not select your character! Press [ Esc ], click the "Audio & Chat" tab, uncheck the Audio Enabled box. Click the Close Window button and then select your character.
End result, Eve works, but with no sound. This issue has been reported and assigned a ticket number. The devs are aware of the issue.
