When I launch specific games like Granny and Subnautica, some or most assets don't actually load. This can mean that the lifepod in subnautica and creatures dont spawn, and granny and grandpa dont spawn in the respective game. I noticed that this happens for a large amount of the games I attempt to play. I am using a Macbook Air with 16GB ram and M1 chip and my games are running in a Win7-64Bit bottle with dxvk and steam is installed. I am running MacOs Big Sur 11.6.

For Subnautica, is there a reason you're not using the native macOS version? And for Granny, do you see any difference with DXVK disabled?
