I click "New Bottle...", select any windows (e.g. windows 7) and after clicking "Create" i get

[b]Bottle creation failed[/b]

setup:error: 'rundll32 win7Install crossover.inf' failed
cxbottle:error: unable to create the 'New Bottle' bottle in '/Users/***/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/New Bottle'

Also looking at that directory, in fact it was created, and it contains cxbottle.conf and system.reg files.

Didn't pay yet for licence but if I get it to work, I will definitely pay for it.

P.S. at some other thread I saw similar issue and suggestion was to clear everything and try from the start, I tried and it didn't help.
P.P.S. before catalina 32 bit bullshit I used playonmac and pure wine so perhaps those two could have left some mess behind them that could cause CrossOver to misbehave?

Which macOS version are you running, and what version of CrossOver are you using?

Mac: 10.15.2 (19C57) - Catalina
Crossover: 21.0

That's a really old version of Catalina - I'd recommend upgrading to 10.15.7 and seeing if that helps things. Other than that, I'm fresh out of ideas :/

Ok will try, thx, also how can I get more logs to try to debug the issue?

ive had the same issue. im on mojave though. any fix yet? thanks
