Hi Jason,
Do you see a difference with DXVK enabled versus disabled? I don't know of any immediate workarounds other than changing that setting.

To enable DXVK for D3D11, from the CrossOver main window where all Bottle are displayed, select the desired Bottle on the left, then click on the Settings icon at the bottom of the display (the wheel next to the + and - buttons). From the drop-down list shown, select "Settings" and then "DXVK Backend for D3D11".
I had it enabled when playing
should I disable it and try?
Yes, disable it and retry, it depends on the game you are playing and the engine is it build on.
