Hi, I'm a new (potential) customer on the trial for CoG
I'm having trouble with guild wars:
I can install the game (sometimes) but when it opens it tries to connect to Arena Net and sits there at 0%
Sometimes the menu will load but when i put my password and email in, it wil say "Cnnecting" and again just sit there
Please help!

I'm running an Intel Imac with 4 gigs of ram and the latest OS.
I can only recommend you to test your network connection. Any firewall? Are other connections stable and fast, e.g. downloads? Are you using a router? If yes, try connecting your Mac to the cable directly. If none of that helps the Guild Wars documentation may have some helpful hints.
