hi, im always have a 300 - 400 ping, i can play only in few severs, what can i do?

What happens if you try to ping the server from the MacOS terminal("ping xxx.yyy.zzz.www")? Is the ping high in the server browser as well, or does it just jump to a very high value every now and then during playing? If the latter is the case, does the issue also occur on servers that do not have VAC enabled?

this is what i do, the pin goes 300 - 400 during game, in vac and no vac

I think your network configuration makes the problem, since the ping command reports approximately the same ping time as the game(time=xxx.xxx)
