CxGames is awesome for my mac and runs GW real nice. The problem I am having is putting it back from windowed mode back to full screen. Is there anyway to do this?

Currently this doesn't work on MacOS. Strictly speaking, it is a limitation in MacOS(or in quartz-wm, but that doesn't make much difference for us). Contrary to Windows, MacOS can't change the window decorations after the window has been created. GW tries to switch the decorations on and off on an existing window when you change between fullscreen and windowed mode, thus things are broken.

We can try to recreate the MacOS window that correspondents to the Win32 window on such a chance to work around this issue, but so far this has turned out to be non-trivial.

if you go to the options menu in gw and choose Full screen mode, it will return to full screen, and it leaves the title bar at the top of the screen... this is quite annoying. but if you close the game and re open it, it wont have the title bar there and will be in full screen mode...

also, ive noticed that when you press the minimise button in the top right of the screen, it will not minimise and then you cant use the mouse ingame... obviously cos there is no taskbar for it to go to. but there needs to be a code to change the action of the minimise button to go into the MacOS dock.

another thing is when you press the restore button, a bit of the top of the windowed screen is covered by the MacOS toolbar at the top of the screen so you cant press the maximise button since it is hidden :(

the F button Shortcuts do not work in windowed mode. They use the MacOS's shortcuts.

And Wiki search from chat bar doesnt minimise gw from full screen

thats all i've found so far. only had this for a few hrs ><

Yeah, this is the issue I described above.

This on the other hand is a bug in crossover

We can't change this. Macos catches the button presses before any application has the ability to prevent it. You'll have to change or disable the MacOS shortcuts to change this behavior.
