Also did:
sudo yum install libgnome-keyring.i686
(which I found suggested on the internet)

Although I don't use Fedora, I was curious as to the reason behind your problem. During lunch time, I found a bug for RedHat which is very probably the same bug, which you can find the report of here.It would appear there might be a packaging problem with missing files in the RPM. (that's what I understood anyway)
The problem was "resolved" by "manually extracting and installing /usr/lib/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so file from the i686 rpm."
I guess you could confirm the problem by looking for the file manually. If the file is absent, it means your system didn't get it in the packages you installed. In the console, something like:
ls /usr/lib/pkcs11 | grep gnome-keyring
If the files isn't listed, your problem will be clearly as stated. You too might have to manually extract the missing file.
