Hello.
Sorry to hear you have such bad experience. I feel you are being a
bit unfair though, especially the "nothing works" and "nadda"
remarks. What you mean is, that nothing YOU want to work works.
There are lots of games that work that aren´t listed, they are just
untested. You just need to try them first and make sure that the
developers understand exactly what it is you want. Maybe a stupid
question, but have you downloaded the demo and tried installing the
application you want to see if it runs? Have you posted a report
about what it is that doesn´t work and perhaps a log file or two?
If you are really serious about getting it to work, you could apply
for Advocate and get the possibility to help Codeweaver getting your
program to work.
This isn´t easy stuff, I am sure that the developers would love
your input.
Best regards
Oskar
Sorry about that... Guess I was a bit harsh. I am sure it is very difficult to do. God knows I dont have the ability. All of the flight sims that I mentioned above, wont even start. They try and then just quit. I know for a fact from being on RCUniverse.com (Over 300,000 members)that Mac users are desperate to have an RC flight sim run natively on a Mac. Here is a link to one of the more popular Flight sims http://video1.hobbico.com/demo/RealFlightG3Demo.exe It should run well on the first generation intel Imacs and does using boot camp. There is a newer version "G4" but it has allot more system requirements.
As far as being a demo version, they just disable some of the features.
CLearview flight sim needs OpenGl support. From reading other posts, it wont work but, Greatplanes G3.5 uses MS direct X. I forget what FS One needs.
