Phoenix Fight Simulator

I loaded their software (http://www.phoenix-sim.com/welcome.htm) and the software works great except one thing. I have a USB cable that plugs into the back of the controller. Is there anything I am missing could be causing the controller to not work?

Yeah... this might work but, I have to get it from the UK to get the controller.. The demo is just a couple of videos...
