This is most likely not crossover's fault (most likely...), but when I boot up steam and move to purchase the Orange box, Steam seems unable to process my credit card. Paypal falls flat, because when the browser tries to launch the steam app again to confirm the purchase, it can't successfully launch the steam in crossover.
So it seems to be credit card or nothing, and it can't manage to process that either.
Has anyone faced the same issue. Did you get around it? (well clearly...there are people playing the game...)
You can install Windows firefox into the bottle to get the steam:// links working. Unfortunately we're not telling the Mac/Linux browsers about those shell extensions yet.
