Yes when I try and talk to my friends and I double click it always minimizes it didn't used to do that. Second I don't get a sound when my friends message me. Third please get Steam Community In-Game to work.

I'm busy looking into the 7.1 regressions, but I cannot promise you a quick fix.

We can't do that, this is Steam's fault. I've contacted Valve on this issue, and they're willing to help out. So I'm now waiting for them to fix their function hooking code.

A simple solution is to play the game in windowed mode that is what i do :D.
