When i had my windows computer, when i would join a cs game there would be a greeting type window. But now i have a mac and its just blank... and my friends computer (windows) have a msg on the same servers that i go into and for me there is just a blank window...
why?
This is a known problem. Jacek, our HTML guy, was looking into it, and he said he found out what is going wrong. I'll ask him about an update.

Is the motd important to you? I must admit that you're the first one who wants it working, other users so far have only asked if we can break it even more so that the MOTD is skipped and they don't have to press OK
Yes it is important to me because we have updates and what now on there. Also, on certain mods on the game it has important info that i can only see through the MOTD
Can i have an answer on if it will be fixed? Because i have been waiting, but it seems like this thread has been passed by...
I'm sorry, I could not get hold of our mshtml guru yet; He is living abroad and not working outside of the office most of the time, and I believe he's currently on holidays.
He told me before we shipped 7.1 that he found the problem, but it was too tricky to fix in the short timeline to the 7.1 release. I think that the next major release(7.2 or 8.0) will have this problem fixed.
