Is there anyway to right click on the mighty mouse? Even if I click on the right side of the scroll ball it does the left click function making the sniper and medic essentially useless. Do I need to buy a new USB mouse to get this to work?
Any help is appreciated.
There's an option in the MacOS system configuration to enable that. Alternatively you can make crossover issue a right click when you press ctrl + left button. However, the mighty mouse right click is always a slight matter of luck, so its not really suitable for gaming. I recommend to you to get a 2 button mouse

I recommend the Logitech g5 even thought it is not mac compatible it still works just fine except the side buttons don't work but the dpi still works and the scroll bar and all it's clicks!
