Is it possible to install crossover games or bottles on a different partition/drive than OS X partition ?

Hi,
I expect to buy crossover games since i try the trial but there is one think i need to know before.
Actually i have a 15' macbook pro 2,2ghz and my OS X partition is full of softwares, i have another partition specialy created for data storage and it will be great if i could install my games on this partition.
Is it possible ?
Thx for the answer.

PS : Sorry for my english

CrossOver does not have an option to do that, as far as I know, but you can move a bottle to some other partition and create a symlink at the original place. Alternatively, you can install the Windows applications to some other place than C:\program files, e.g. Z:\Volumes\MyExternalHD\Steam

Sounds interresting but how do i make symlink ? i tried with alias but i can't install anything.
Should i install programmes first then move the bottles or there another thing to do ?
I tried to install software using Z: but it doesn't work.

EDIT : I finally founnd how to make symlink and it work like a charm. Thx for the tips

I would very much like to know how to make the symlink trick work. I want to use my external 500GB drive to house the CrossOver bottles. So far, neither an alias created with Finder or a ln -s in Terminal will work. CrossOver can't work them out?

P.S. let me know if Im better off starting a new ticket. Thanks you.
