I just downloaded and installed the games trial. I started the configuration app, and selected install software. Then I selected World of Warcraft, and Next. It installed a new bottle, and then said it couldn't find the EXE on the disk. How do you install from a DVD?
Now I have downloaded an internet installer for WOW, but it says it needs 8GB of space and won't install. What's next?
Probably your distro mounted the Mac side of the WoW disk? I recommend reading the wow forum posts and FAQ entries, there should be instructions how to work around that

If you have enough disk space, I'd recommend copying all the contents of the DVD (Lich King, I presume) onto your desktop. Then install it from there. Hope that helps.
