lag error -> SteamNetworkingSockets >> General performance problem such as thread starvation

Do you have this type of error message in your console?

"SteamNetworkingSockets lock held for 6.2ms. (Performance warning.) ServiceThread, RecvUDPPacket This is usually a symptom of general performance problem such as thread starvation."

It remove a lot of precision to the game.
I'm using an M1 PRO, using D3DMETAL.
I did a lot of research, but can't find the solution using crossover.

Here is my actual command line options :
-novid -nojoy -high -no-browser -cl_showfps 1 -tickrate 128 +cl_cmdrate 128 +cl_updaterate 128* +cl_forcepreload 1 -cl_forcepreload +cl_showfps 1 +sdr_spew_level 0 +net_client_steamdatagram_enable_override -1 +net_steamcnx_allowrelay 0 +net_steamcnx_enabled 0 +snd_use_hrtf 0 -nohltv
