My device is a MacBook Air with an M2 chip, running macOS Sonoma version 14.6.1, and I have installed Crossover 24.0.4. After installing the Windows version of Steam, I am unable to run Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, which displays a DirectX error as shown: Please make sure you have Directx 9.0 or higher installed. Also verify that your video card meets the minimum requirements, and that you do not have hardware acceleration disabled in the Display control panel.
Has anyone encountered the same situation? How can I resolve this issue?
